Resource #1: Sign up for the San Diego VIP Club
This is hands-down the easiest way to gain instant access. We offer the best and most comprehensive set of resources available for any buyers or sellers that are considering the San Diego market. Simply input your information in the homepage and sign up for the VIP club. You will receive a confirmation from our team and we will also update you as we have granted access to various tools for you. We offer videos that include walking tours of specific San Diego neighborhoods so you can get a better feel of the homes, the streets and day-to-day life. We offer videos that are simple driving tours of the community and you can see various home types, the biking paths and watch as we pass by local restaurants. These are great videos when you are starting your neighborhood search long-distance. We offer some fun short videos on local restaurants or fun activities throughout San Diego. Throughout these videos you glimpse “real life” and sometimes even nearby schools, parks, shopping centers and other surrounding areas.
